Bare Share - Comes with hunting rights and access to the clubhouse, wader room, range, and skeet towers.

Share with Shed - Comes with everything in the bare share, and a shed to store hunting gear.

Share with a trailer lot and power - Comes with everything in the bare share, and a trailer lot and power. These are the most expensive and sought-after shares and can include a shed and carport.
